This was the first time ever renting a toilet for one of my jobs. For the price, I'll be renting one from now on. The process was easy to sign up — Kristy was very informative, polite, and made it easy to sign off on it when I was done with it. I will do it again. The peace of mind it gives the workers on site, without having to hide to urinate or drive off to use the bathroom, was worth it.

Tuesday I called Diamond Environmental Services and requested services to empty my black and grey tanks. The lady on the phone, Kristy, was so pleasant, helpful and patient with me. Wednesday morning I got a call from Rodrigo the technician letting me know he was 45 minutes away, giving me perfect time to get ready and be prepared. I have emptied my tanks at camp sites and didn't know what to expect with the service, but I was blown away by the communication before, during and after. Rodrigo not only told me what he was going to do every step of the way but why. I am very hands-on with my RV and Rodrigo was such a blessing with his information and customer service. I know he had a full day ahead of him for emptying tanks, but he did not make me feel rushed and made sure I saw the job was completed. The value goes above and beyond what I paid, and I am looking forward to using DES again and again!

We are super happy with Diamond's services. We are building a house and staying in a trailer that was on the property. We originally hired Diamond to clean out the septic once a month. When we started using the trailer more, Eli, our service guy, suggested we get a bladder so we did not have to worry between cleanings. Little did both of us know that renting the bladder gives us weekly service — I'm thrilled, because the gauges on this trailer don't function properly.
